About Anna Liptak
My passion is helping people to believe that they can achieve great things, things they never thought possible. I have been a fitness trainer for over 15 years (His and Her Time Health and Fitness) and assisted thousands of people to attain their first-time marathon goals. I have run over 28 marathons in the past 15 years, with times ranging between three hours to eight hours. I know what it is like to be out on the course for a long time and so am able to help you navigate all the challenges.
I have been lucky enough to have been able to accompany over 500 competitors the New York City Marathon, as well as to other World Marathons; I have much experience in managing race days, as a coach and as a competitor.
What To Expect
Weekly Guide
You will be provided with an easy to follow, week by week guide for your training. This guide will assist you in scheduling the required training into your day-to-day life.
Interactive Sessions
A monthly interactive session to enable you to ask any questions you may have and we will have special guests to talk about a range of relevant topics.
Online Community
You will be introduced to a like-minded, online community for sharing stories and milestones along the way. A great source of support in achieving your goal.
Podcasts
All the relevant news pertaining to fitness, wellness, nutrition, running events, achievements and personal stories.
Knowledge
The program provides answers to questions, which you may have, ranging from fuel to shoes, exercising and stretching, from warm-up to cool-down.
Lessons
You will be able to learn from all my mistakes and experiences (and I have made quite a few!).
